7. Practice evaluation

Criteria for the comprehensive assessment of a student in professional practice:

• ability to integrate theoretical knowledge and skills into the implementation of the nursing process,
• correctness and thoroughness of performed procedures according to the standards of the health care facility,
• compliance with the principles of occupational health and safety,
• skill, speed, quality of nursing care provided,
• attitude to patient, ability to empathize, tactfulness in dealing with patient, level of communication, willingness,
• appearance, personal grooming, care without anonymity (name tag),
• punctuality on arrival at the practice,
• initiative, self-activity, organization of work, level of cooperation in nursing team,
• leadership of the Logbook
