Practice evaluation

Credit for the course Preparation for professional practice will be awarded by the guarantor of the practice on the basis of:

• completed entries in the practice log in the practice portal

Credit for the Professional practice course will be awarded by the practice supervisor on the basis of the following conditions being met:

• student has completed the practice.vspj.cz practice diary at least once each week in the practice.vspj.cz portal
• the student has submitted a final report on the course and outcomes of the internship to the internship officer
• student completed a structured questionnaire characterising his/her practice in the portal praxe.vspj.cz
• The student submitted to the practice officer a Confirmation of completion of the professional practice and its evaluation 
• the course and/or outcomes of the internship have been approved by the internship supervisor

Credit for the course Evaluation of Professional Practice will be awarded on the basis of:

• submission of a presentation for defence to the practice portal
• successfully defending the internship to an audience of KTS members and other students
