Recognition of Professional Placements

Students may apply for the recognition of any placement courses (Practical Placement 1 - Practical Placement 5) in the same way as for other courses. The procedure is governed by the Study and Examination Regulations of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava and the Directive on Practical Placements for Students of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava.  Detailed instructions on how to apply for course recognition can be found on the college website under "Useful Links": https://www.vspj.cz/student/obecne-informace.

In accordance with the Study and Examination Regulations of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava, "a placement may also be recognised on the basis of professional experience gained outside college studies".  

When applying for recognition of a practical placement which the student has completed outside the degree programme, students must submit confirmation from their employer verifying their employment as a non-medical healthcare professional.
