Practical Placement Evaluation

Credits for the course Practical Placement will be awarded by the Practical Placement Tutor based on fulfilling the following conditions:

• the student has written entries in the practical placement work log at least once a week in the praxe.vspj.cz portal
• the student has submitted a final report on the course and outcomes of the placement to the Practical Placement Tutor
• the student completed a structured questionnaire characterising his/her placement in the portal praxe.vspj.cz
• the student has handed over to the Practical Placement Officer Confirmation of Completion of the Practical Placement and its Evaluation 
• the course and/or outcomes of the placement have been approved by the Practical Placement Tutor
• the student has submitted a presentation for defence to the Practical Placement Portal
• the student has successfully defended the placement to an audience of department members and other students
