Practical Placement Evaluation

Credits for the Practical Placement course will be awarded by the placement tutor on the basis of the following conditions being met:

• the student has written entries in the practical placement work log at least once a week in the praxe.vspj.cz portal
• the student has submitted a final report on the course and outcomes of the placement to the placement tutor
• the student completed a structured questionnaire characterising his/her placement in the praxe.vspj.cz  portal
• the student submitted to the practical placement tutor a Confirmation of completion of the placement and its evaluation 
• the course and/or outcomes of the placement have been approved by the placement tutor
• submission of a presentation for defence to the practical placement portal
• successfully defending the placement to an audience of department members and other students
