Requirements for Awarding Course Credit

- Attendance at the Placement Seminar prior to undertaking the first practical placement;

- Completion of all steps outlined in the placement timeline above;

- Completion of the required 150 hours of placement;

- Submitting the Learning Agreement;

- Maintenance of a properly completed Placement Diary;

- Submitting the Placement Portfolio;

- Completion of the required types of placements (one direct care placement, one healthcare facility placement, three elective placements).
