• Safety compliance: Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) and Fire Safety (FS) principles.

• Technical performance: Proficiency, efficiency, and the overall quality of provided nursing care.

• Professional conduct: Attitude towards the patient, capacity for empathy, discretion, and the standard of communication and willingness to assist.

• Professional presentation: General conduct, personal grooming, and ensuring identifiable care (e.g., wearing a name badge).

• Punctuality: Reliability regarding attendance and shift commencement.

• Professionalism and teamwork: Initiative, proactivity, work organisation, and the level of cooperation within the nursing team.

• Documentation: Maintenance and upkeep of the Logbook.
