Diary of practice

The practice diary is filled in by the student in the school's information system. Once a week, he/she makes an entry in an electronic form that will be part of the IS about his/her activities during the internship.

Student Practice Evaluation Questionnaire

The student will complete a questionnaire which will have two parts:

• uniform questions for students of all departments - these questions have been prepared by the management of the VŠPJ and are used to compare the progress of the internship in each department,
• list of activities to practice - the content is different for each department, but the method of assessment is uniform for all departments. For each activity to be practiced, the student will indicate how much he/she has used this activity in the practice and will also evaluate the level of readiness for this activity,
• The student will submit the questionnaire in .xls format (Excel).

Student evaluation questionnaire by the organisation

The student's evaluation by the organization corresponds to the second part of the questionnaire filled in by the students. Thus, the evaluation of the activities to be practiced by the students and the introducing staff of the organization will be comparable and it will be possible to evaluate the differences in evaluation.

Seminar papers

The student will prepare and submit a seminar paper according to the instructions given in the "Practice Assessment" section. The seminar paper may be included in the Bachelor's thesis.
