6. Outcomes of the practice

The output of the professional practice consists of a Logbook (record of professional practice).

The Logbook is primarily used to record professional practice at individual workplaces and to evaluate the student at these practices.

• The Logbook contains general information about the placement, information about the course of the placement, learning objectives, H&S records (at the start of the academic year and at individual workplaces).
• It is used to record individual nursing performances (see activities to practice).
• Logbook is presented at the final assessment in each semester, at the final practical examination and at the state final examination.
