Practice evaluation

Credit for the course Occupational practice will be awarded by the guarantor of the practice on the basis of fulfilling the following conditions:

• student has regularly filled in the portal practice.vspj.cz practice diary at least once every week
• student has submitted a final report on the course and outcomes of the internship to the internship officer
• student completed a structured questionnaire characterising his/her practice in the portal praxe.vspj.cz
• student has handed over to the practice officer Confirmation of completion of the professional practice and its evaluation 
• the course and/or outcomes of the internship have been approved by the internship supervisor
• student has submitted a presentation for defence to the internship portal
• student has successfully defended the placement in front of an audience of KTS members and other students
